MARK LUBY - Chairman

Mark Luby became the Chairman of Bis Industries in 2006.

Mark became the Chairman of Bis Industries in 2006 after a 30 year career with Brambles. Mark joined Brambles in 1977 and his roles included General Manager Transport and General Manager Cleanaway before becoming an Executive Director of Brambles Australia in 1992. Mark was President of CHEP Asia–Pacific from 1997 and President, CHEP Europe, Asia–Pacific and Africa from 2002 based in London. Mark was also a member of the Brambles Industries Executive Leadership Team from 2002 and has wide international experience and a strong operational and financial background. Mark was appointed to the Board of Alesco in 2007 and is currently Chairman of Alesco, having assumed this role in 2009. Mark has also served as a non–executive Director on a number of public and private company boards and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

IAN LYNASS - Chief Executive Officer

Bis Industries - About Board - Ian Lynass

Ian Lynass became Chief Executive Officer of Bis Industries in 2010.

Ian Lynass spent 25 years in the defence, steel, petrochemical and mining industries, before joining Brambles Industrial Services in 2000 as Regional Manager, Brambles Industrial Services WA. In 2001 he was appointed to the role of General Manager Oil, Gas and Mining Services and became Executive General Manager, Business Development for Brambles Industrial Services in June 2004. In 2005 Ian was appointed Managing Director, Brambles Industrial Services — Northern Europe and in March 2006, returned to Australia for the role of Regional Director, Brambles Industrial Services, Eastern. In June 2006 Ian was a key member of the Executive team that led the sale of Bis Industries/Cleanaway to KKR, in October 2006, Ian moved back to Western Australia for the role of Director, Bis Industries Industrial Logistics, Western Division, In 2009 Ian became Director Coal and Iron Ore nationally and on the 01 April 2010 Ian was appointed the CEO of Bis Industries.

MING LU - Director

Bis Industries - About Board - Ming Lu

Ming Lu was appointed as a Director of the Issuer and Bis Industries in 2006.

Ming is a Managing Director of KKR Asia. Prior to joining KKR, Ming was a Partner and Managing Director of CCMP Capital Asia (formerly JPMorgan Partners Asia). During this tenure he was instrumental in facilitating CCMP Capital Asia’s investments in Mando Corporation, Haitai Confectionery, Rhythm Corporation, Yellow Pages Singapore, Sanda Kan Industrial, Metalform Asia and Air International Thermal. Prior to joining what was then JP Morgan Partners, Ming worked at Lucas Varity, a leading global automotive component supplier, where he oversaw a strategic shift from internal growth to external expansion through acquisitions. From 1993 to 1997, Ming worked for Kraft Foods International as the Director of Business Development, where he worked on acquisitions in the beverage, confectionery and dairy industries in Asia, as well as managing several brands in the US. Prior to that, he worked for CITIC, one of the largest investment firms in China, from 1985 to 1993.

JUSTIN REIZES - Director

Bis Industries - About Board - Justin Reizes

Justin Reizes was appointed as a Director of the Issuer and Bis Industries in 2006.

Justin is a Member of KKR. Justin originally joined KKR's London office in 1999. In Europe, he focused mainly on the Media, Communications and the Financial Services industries. Justin moved to Hong Kong in late 2005, then Tokyo in July 2006 and then Sydney in the beginning of 2008. Since moving to Asia, he has been actively involved in developing KKR's Asian operations. Justin has played a role in the investments in Tenovis, Maxeda (formerly Vendex KBB), Bis Industries and Seven Media Group. He is currently on the board of directors of Bis Industries and Seven Media Group. Prior to KKR, Justin was involved in the private equity investments area of Morgan Stanley (Morgan Stanley Capital Partners) in London. From 1996 to 1998, he was in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley, where he was involved in a number of mergers, acquisitions, and financings.

MATTHEW DAVIES - Director

Bis Industries - About Board - Robert Lewin

Matthew Davies joined KKR in 2007. Prior to joining KKR, he was an Analyst at Credit Suisse in Sydney where he was involved in numerous merger, acquisition, leveraged finance and equity capital markets transactions as part of the Investment Banking group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Hons1, and a Bachelor of Laws, Hons1, from the University of Queensland.
